Current Functionality:

When a new lead is created, it creates a new location.

Requested Functionality:

When a new lead is created, prompt the user:

"Create new lead from project selection?"

If the user chooses "Yes", create a new lead and move the selected location(s) to the new lead.

If the user chooses "No", create a new lead with a new location (current functionality).
