I would like to request a search feature that would allow me to pull all permits within a workflow that have comments left in the remarks section. With admin rights I receive all emails and when a customer leaves a remark I lose the associated email in my inbox. If I could pull a report/search that would list all remarks for all permits I could more easily review when customers request action from TechServ.
