Add support for Component Groups of Component Groups

There are many NESC 2023 classifications that are grouped differently depending on the rule. For example, Table 232-1 combines the following in the first column:

  • Insulated Communication Conductors And Cable

  • Messengers

  • Overhead Shield/Surge-Protection Wires

  • Guys

  • Neutral Conductors Meeting Rule 230E1

  • Supply Cables Meeting Rule 230C1

However, Table 235-5 combines the following in the first column:

  • Open supply conductors 0 to 8.7 kV

  • Supply cables meeting Rule 230C1, 230C2, or 230C3

  • Fiber-optic cables meeting Rule 230F1a or 230F1b

  • Neutral conductors meeting Rule 230E1

  • Communications cables located in the supply space meeting Rule 224A2 (in)

It would be helpful if groups of groups could be made so that clearance tables in SPIDAcalc can be designed to match the NESC Tables. Using the above examples, a "Neutral (230E1)" Component Group could contain all neutral wires with the "230E1" class. Then Component Groups could be made named "NESC 232-1 Column 1" and "NESC 235-5 Column 1". The ""Neutral (230E1)" component group could be added to both the "NESC 232-1 Column 1" and "NESC 235-5 Column 1" component groups. This would allow much simpler configuration, as Neutrals meeting 230E1 would not need to be defined in every group individually, and the final Clearance Cases tables would be more manageable and could intuitively relate to the corresponding NESC tables.

Additionally, this should support including different Component Group types (Wire, Equipment) in a Component Group of Component Groups.
